Refund Policy

1. No Questions Asked Refund

We stand behind vibePrint.io with a simple, customer-friendly refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within the first month of your subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • No questions will be asked—we will process your refund immediately
  • Refunds apply to the current month's subscription only

3. Refund Amount

Refunds are limited to the current month's subscription fee only. If you have been subscribed for multiple months, refunds do not apply to previous months' charges. Only the current month's payment is eligible for refund.

Example:

If you subscribed on January 1st and request a refund on January 15th, you will receive a refund for January's subscription. If you request a refund on February 15th, you will only receive a refund for February's subscription, not for January.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at saqib@iextendlabs.com with your subscription details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you request a refund, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will lose access to vibePrint.io services upon cancellation.

7. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after 30 days of the initial purchase
  • Previous months' charges (only current month is refundable)
  • Custom development or consulting services
